2. Face & Gaze Data (TrueDepth API)

Fly Eye Zapper uses the device’s TrueDepth camera only to calculate your eye-gaze direction so the game can be played using your eyes.

What we collect: Only numerical values representing gaze direction (x-position). No photos, videos, face images, or raw depth frames are collected.

How it is used:
Gaze data is used strictly for gameplay aiming. It is not used for ads, analytics, tracking, or identification.

Where it is stored:
All TrueDepth data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted, uploaded, or saved externally.

Sharing:
No TrueDepth or gaze data is shared with any third party.

Your control:
If you deny camera access, the game automatically switches to tap controls.

3. In-App Purchases

The game includes an optional one-time purchase to remove ads. Apple handles all billing and transaction security. We do not see or store any payment information.

4. Advertisements

The free version of Fly Eye Zapper shows third-party ads. These ads may use anonymous identifiers (such as device advertising ID) for frequency capping and basic ad delivery. We do not control or store this data ourselves; it is handled by the ad network (Google AdMob or similar).

5. Game Center

Fly Eye Zapper uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Your Game Center ID, nickname, and scores are handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or control this information.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our game does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn otherwise, the information will be deleted immediately.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer any personal data to external companies, advertisers, or analytics providers.

Since we do not store personal data, there is no risk of personal data breaches from our side. All sensitive hardware inputs (camera/TrueDepth) are processed on your device.
