Please read this Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using VibePhotos ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using VibePhotos, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. About VibePhotos

VibePhotos is an AI-powered photo organization application that helps users organize, search, analyze, export, and clean up their photo libraries.

VibePhotos is designed with privacy as a core principle. All photo analysis, classification, face detection, duplicate detection, quality scoring, and AI-powered features run entirely on your device using Apple's on-device machine learning technologies.

Your photos never leave your device.

2. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

None.

VibePhotos does not collect, store, transmit, sell, share, rent, or otherwise receive any personal information or user data from you on our servers.

Specifically, VibePhotos does not collect from you or receive on our systems:

• Photos or videos

• Photo metadata

• Location information

• Contacts

• Face recognition data

• Names assigned to people albums

• Device identifiers

• Advertising identifiers

• Analytics data

• Crash reports

• Diagnostic information

• Usage information

• Email addresses

• Payment information

• User account information

We do not collect face data on our servers. Any face-related processing (detection, optional People album reference images, and local matching) happens only on your device and is not transmitted to us or third parties.

No accounts are required to use VibePhotos.

Photo Library Access

VibePhotos requires permission to access your photo library in order to provide its features.

Before the system permission dialog appears, the app shows a short introduction screen with a Continue button. Tapping Continue proceeds to Apple's standard photo library permission request, where you choose whether to allow access.

All processing occurs locally on your device.

Photos remain stored within Apple's Photos library and are never uploaded to our servers or external servers operated by us.

On-Device AI Processing

All AI features run entirely on-device.

Examples include:

• Smart Albums

• People Albums and face-based grouping

• Places Organization

• Visual Duplicate Detection

• Best Shot Selection

• Emotional Vibe Analysis

• Photo Quality Scoring

• Object Recognition

• Cleanup Recommendations

• Custom Keyword Search

• Export (JPG, PNG, ZIP, PDF)

No photo content is transmitted to external servers for processing.

Face Data (On-Device Only)

VibePhotos may use Apple's on-device Vision framework to detect faces in photos only on your device.

What the app processes locally:

• Face bounding boxes (where faces appear in a photo) to help you pick a person for a People album

• An optional small cropped image of a face you select when you create a People album (used only to find similar photos on your device)

• A face count or "people present" flag in the local search index (for albums and search)

What we do not do:

• We do not receive, store on our servers, sell, or share face data

• We do not use third-party face recognition services

• We do not use face data for advertising or tracking

Storage and deletion:

• People album reference images and related album data are stored only on your device in the app's local storage

• They remain until you delete the People album, delete the app, or remove the app's data

• Uninstalling VibePhotos removes this local data from your device

Face matching and people grouping run entirely on-device; photos and face-related data never leave your device.

Location Data

Some photos may contain location metadata embedded by your camera or device.

If available, VibePhotos may use this information locally to create location-based albums and organize photos by city, state, region, or country.

Location information never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

Metadata Removal Tools

VibePhotos includes tools that allow users to remove metadata before sharing photos.

Metadata removal is performed entirely on-device.

We do not receive copies of photos before or after metadata removal.

Purchases

VibePhotos is sold as a one-time paid download on the Apple App Store.

Payment is processed exclusively by Apple. We do not receive payment card information, billing addresses, or financial account information.

There are no in-app subscriptions, no recurring billing inside the app, and no account registration required to use VibePhotos.

Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's App Store terms and privacy policies.

Data Storage

All VibePhotos data remains stored locally on your device.

This may include:

• AI classifications

• People album names and optional reference face crops (on-device only)

• Face labels and people-present flags

• Album information

• Search indexes

• App preferences

We do not operate cloud servers that store user photos, face data, or other personal content.

Third-Party Services

VibePhotos does not use third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, tracking services, cloud storage providers, or cloud AI services.

No Tracking

VibePhotos does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

The app does not use advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs that track users. The app does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because we do not collect data for tracking or share data with data brokers.

We do not collect Device IDs or advertising identifiers for tracking purposes.

Children's Privacy

Because VibePhotos does not collect personal information on our servers, we do not knowingly collect information from children or adults.

Security

Because VibePhotos does not transmit or store user data on our external servers, information processed by the app remains under your control on your device.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on this page, through the App Store listing, or within the App.

Continued use of VibePhotos after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3. End User License Agreement

License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, VibePhotos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Ownership

The App, including its software, AI models, algorithms, designs, trademarks, graphics, and intellectual property rights, is owned by VibePhotos and its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Permitted Use

You may use the App solely for lawful personal purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the App

• Decompile or disassemble the App

• Attempt to extract source code

• Modify or create derivative works

• Circumvent security measures

• Redistribute, lease, or resell the App

• Use the App in violation of applicable laws

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and content stored on your device.

VibePhotos does not claim ownership of your content.

Your content remains under your control at all times.

AI Features

The App uses machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies to provide organization, search, recognition, classification, cleanup, and recommendation features.

AI-generated classifications, scores, recommendations, and results are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate.

Users should independently review recommendations before deleting photos or taking action based on AI-generated results.

Deletion Features

The App may identify duplicate, blurry, dark, screenshot, or similar photos for possible removal.

You are solely responsible for reviewing items before deletion.

VibePhotos is not responsible for accidental deletion of photos, loss of content, or user decisions made using cleanup recommendations.

Paid App

VibePhotos is a paid app on the Apple App Store. A single purchase unlocks the full app.

There are no in-app subscriptions, no auto-renewing plans, and no separate premium tiers inside the app.

Refunds and purchase issues are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

VIBEPHOTOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBEPHOTOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• LOSS OF PHOTOS

• LOSS OF DATA

• LOSS OF PROFITS

• INDIRECT DAMAGES

• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES

• SPECIAL DAMAGES

• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIBEPHOTOS' TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Apple App Store Terms

You acknowledge that:

• This Agreement is between you and VibePhotos, not Apple.

• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms.

Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease using the App.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
