3. When you open it for the first time, it will show you a notification that it has no network selected. Click OK. Now in the left column, go to "Services> Network Interfaces

Now that the program monitors our connection, we must add the processes that we want to control the speed of their Internet connection. Please follow these steps
1. On the program start screen, search for "Process Definitions", then click "Add"
2. Now, click "Add ...", and in the new window, click the "..." icon to search for the program that will limit its connection to the Internet. Click OK and the program will be added to the list of processes. Finally, click Apply
With the program and the network monitored, the only remaining step is to create a rule in order to define the permissible speed of the program. Here's how to create the base
1. Back on the program start screen, go to "Configuration> Filterset"
2. Now, select the option "All traffic from my computer", then click "Add ...> Base"
3. In the new window, give the rule a name in "Rule Description". In the source, select the option "Local Process" and choose the previously added program. The screen will look like the image below
4. The program will return to the Step 2. Click "Apply". Now select the right-click rule, and click "add filter ...
5. In a new window, click "Add a rule" and repeat step 3. Now check the "Enable limited speed" option, and set the required maximum speed in KBytes / s. Finally, click OK and Apply
Now the program that has been added in the Tmeter will have limited internet connection speed and it will
only consume what is specified for it
