According to The Elec newspaper, the production of iPhone 13 screens began earlier this year compared to last year, and this process is sponsored by two South Korean companies, the first is Samsung through its branch Samsung Display and the second is LG through LG Display, which has stopped its production permanently in the field of industry It has its own smartphones due to its uncompetitiveness, but it is still one of Apple's primary suppliers when it comes to displays
Both Samsung and LG will produce OLED screens for the iPhone, but according to the sources, Samsung will take care of OLED LTPO screens with a refresh rate of 120 Hz to smooth the motion picture and a very low rate for still image or text, and this screen will be integrated into the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, while LG will be the manufacturer of the screens for the remaining two iPhone 13 models
And always, according to the same sources, Samsung will produce 80 million OLED screens in the first order, while LG will produce 30 million screens
